Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 ½ water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- A few cardamom pods
- Put everything in a pot with a tight fitting lid and heat to boiling.

Put the heat on low, cover and set a timer for 16 minutes. Do not lift the lid to check it at all as this will cause
water to escape.
- After the 16 minutes, do not lift the lid. Just turn off the heat and let it sit another 4 minutes or so.
