Mac & Cheese

Tim’s favorite food from childhood. His grandma’s was the best.

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 350° f.

  2. Cook pasta until it’s not quite done.

  3. Grate the cheese using the machine.

  4. Melt butter, stir in flour and let it turn brown. You have made a roux.

  5. Slowly add milk, stirring a lot. You have made a béchamel. Add some cheese and now it’s a cheesy béchamel. Add salt and pepper and now it tastes decent.

  6. Mix cheese, pasta and béchamel together in the giant bowl. Add mustard and whatever else you think might make it taste good.

  7. Bake 35 minutes or until kinda brown on top.
