Mochi Cake

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. In a small bowl, combine

  3. In a larger bowl, whisk together

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well to combine.
  5. Pour batter into an oiled 8x8-inch baking dish and bake until set, about 1 hour.
  6. Let cool completely, then portion and remove from pan. Store chilled.
