FlexStaf would like a refresh to the design of their website. The code of the current site is well architected and already has a CMS that can be used by FlexStaf to edit content on the pages. The design refresh will only touch front-end code and maintain all current functionality, which interfaces to the company’s databases and ATS.
The Hot Stuff team will work with FlexStaf to develop a new, lighter look for their site. Upon approval of a design proposal, we will implement the design in code and deploy it to the existing hosting on Netlify. We will also help FlexStaf establish a workflow for adding and editing content on the site without our help.

This is an estimate for the hours required to perform the requested work and final costs may vary. All our work is billed by the hour because we find this is a more flexible way to collaborate.
We work hard to give our clients exactly what they want, even if requirements change during the course of the project. Hourly billing gives us this ability to adapt while avoiding the need for constant renegotiation. We try to pad our budgets to account for unforeseen complexity, but the final cost may be more or less than this estimate.
We like nothing more than to deliver our projects under budget and use our time for other work.
